This project consisted of an automated manufacturing plant for modular, affordable housing units with a 2-story, 32,000 sq ft building for office space over 52 acres.

To replace the original Boise Ronald McDonald House, this new two-story building has the ability to house 47 families. Amenities that accompany the increased living space include a private welcome room, four kitchens, family rooms, dining rooms, and a playroom/game room to be used by residents.

This three-story structure currently under construction features rooftop decks, a cafeteria, an onsite gym and outdoor plazas. Rendering provided by Cole Architects.

This is a 75,700 sq ft structural design consisting of three stories of office space.  Axiom utilized our Integrated Steel Delivery (ISD) to condense schedule and provide target value for the client.
