This steel-framed design-build, 2-story office building is conveniently located right outside of downtown Boise and consists of office space and a surgical treatment center. This project was awarded Idaho Business Review’s Top Project Award in 2016.

This 2-story facility includes a chapel, school, daycare, multi-use gymnasium, administrative offices, kettle storage and outdoor play area.

This 6-story boutique hotel combined post-tension with a light gauge bearing wall system and concrete lateral core the full height of the building.
