Ashley Thompson, PE

Senior Project Manager

Ashley is a mixed-use and multi-family project specialist who finds joy in designing spaces for families and friends to unite – an attribute resonating from an interest in residential projects developed at a young age as the daughter of a residential contractor.

With Masters’ degrees in structural engineering and human centered design, she sees the built environment as more than just buildings – she is passionate about creating spaces for families to break bread and for students to learn. She enjoys finding ways to achieve performance criteria while meeting aesthetic and budget targets. When she isn’t designing buildings, Ashley can be found recreating in the Boise foothills with her husband, daughter and chocolate lab.
