Alfred Larsen, PE

Project Engineer

Alfred is a multifamily and mixed-use developments specialist utilizing creative and collaborative solutions to meet and exceed client needs.

Alfred has always enjoyed putting things together and solving problems. Like many engineers, he had a healthy Lego collection growing up and loved visualizing how things fit together. His interest grew beyond just Lego and into tinkering with tools in his parents’ basement and grandparents’ workshop as he grew up. The led to his interest in the construction industry and developed through a variety of engagements, from site work in -50°F (brr!), field monitoring programs and into structural design in the Mountain West and West Coast. His favorite part of the job is creating solutions that accomplish the integration of architectural vision and structural requirements for a project – with a focus on ensuring constructability considerations in the design. Ask him about skijoring with his dog!
