Director of People

The Director of People is a member of the senior leadership team to ensure the Axiom team has sufficient strength, numbers and future potential to meet the firm’s goals. This role is the driver to ensure there is a pipeline of new team members that are ready to deploy as Axiom grows. Axiom is in growth mode and needs to focus on hiring, retention, team building, professional development, training and benefits to ensure the business goals are achieved.

The ideal candidate:

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years-experience in Senior HR/recruiting role
  • BS/BA or equivalent required; advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Certification preferred but not required
  • Familiar with federal & state labor law & HR best practices
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment that requires multitasking and switching gears seamlessly.
